Education may be substituted for experience as follows: 2 years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a Master's degree or equivalent.

Applicants substituting education for experience must include in their resume the college/university attended, type and year of degree received, the major field of study, and the total number of quarter/semester hours earned.
