Required Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 7 years of experience
Willingness to Travel: Occasionally
A professional Executive Assistant to support the COO. The candidate MUST have a Bachelor degree.

Qualifications (required):
Four-year minimum degree
Five plus years of administrative assistant experience in an executive environment
Candidate must be a polished professional
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Capability to compose routine correspondence and compile excel-based reports
Ability to communicate effectively
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledgeable and proficient in numerous computer software programs such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with a variety of general office concepts, practices and procedures
Proficient Internet research skills
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Wide degree of creativity, flexibility and latitude is required
Ability to use diplomacy, discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters a must
Must be able to type a minimum of 65 wpm with 95% accuracy
Ability to work effectively with others, with minimum supervision
Superior planning and organizational skills required
Exceptional grammatical, spelling proofreading skills
Ability to multi-task
This is a salaried position and requires the availability to work daily 7 to 5 and extended hours on a rotational basis.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS |
|
Manage the COO's calendar by independently scheduling appointments.
Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of special events.
Assist in communication, both written and verbal, with business associates both internally and externally.
Utilizes Microsoft Office Suites (including PowerPoint, Word) to prepare routine correspondence, memorandums, create presentations, meeting agendas and notes for Board meetings.
Make travel arrangements.
Utilize Microsoft Excel/Access to create databases to prepare expense reports and other reports as needed.
Establish and maintain harmonious working relations with co-workers
Ability to take action authorized by others Top level Executives during his absence and use initiative and judgment to see that situations requiring action are handled to minimize the effects of his absence.
Screen telephone calls for the COO by exercising independent judgment.
Handle personal and confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents for the COO.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of materials and projects as assigned.
