DESCRIPTION: Great Opportunity! Our client is premier health care provider for more than 28 health care facilities and wellness services. As a Physical Therapist, you will be accountable to provide physical therapy services to patients (all age groups from infants to elderly), including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, communication with other disciplines and services, and staff supervision as agreed. This position schedule is day shift, M-F with some rotating weekend and holiday.
