| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS |

We are looking for a sales professional who has proven success initiating contact with new customers and experience in following up to sell preventive maintenance service agreements. Familiarity with, or, the aptitude to gain an understanding of electrical or HVAC systems and testing is important. Experience selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, or any other intangible service is a plus.

| JOB PERFORMANCE METRICS |
|
The successful sales candidate must be highly skilled in cold calling, relationship building and closing. The salesperson must be able to qualify sales prospects, make effective sales presentations, and be competent and comfortable in contacting various appropriate level managers and individuals at customer sites, including senior management. This is strictly a B2B sales opportunity!
