 JOB DESCRIPTION
Anticipated Income: -Depending on your sales skills, dedication, work ethic and other factors. -First Year Income anticipated to be $40-75,000 in commissions, plus bonuses, fees, allowances. This is a commission-based position. -Renewals are vested on a three year sliding scale, depending on various factors, for those who remain with the company and initially sold the client and renew it each year.  JOB REQUIREMENTS
-4+ Years of Verifiable (B-2-B) sales experience, to include cold calling, selling services/products to retailers, restauranteurs, banks, installer auto aftermarket, attorneys, hospitals, medical practices, pharmacies and other consumer-facing retail and retail-related enterprises . This is a consultative, multiple-call sales cycle of 2-4 weeks. -Average amount per sale, in your most recent experience, needs to be $1,000 to $5,000.00 - You need to be verifiably a successful salesperson, who has SOLD, not just called on top tier decision makers: CEO, COO, CMO, Owners of Mom & Pop Businesses, Medical Practices, etc. -Your experience needs to be in selling to businesses: advertising, market research, services or other major components needed by management. These sales must have been to single/multi-unit retailers, banks, physicians, tire & brake franchisees or restaurants. -You need a working knowledge of franchisees, restaurants and retailers needs in marketing, advertising and promotions, local marketing and L.S.M.
 
 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES,  DUTIES, TASKS
-Weekly in-territory selling 4 days/wk. -Present Company Products and Services Professionally -Develop Contacts, Close Sales, Interface between Client and Company regarding these Products and Services -Character counts greatly with us -We are not looking for superstars, but rather consistent performers, with verifiable incomes of $40,000+ annual income from personal sales, in the past three years. We can help you become a superstar, or regain superstar status and keep it. -You need to have been known in your last organization for having exceeded quota, month to month, year to year.) o A commitment to ethical selling practices, with a compelling desire to sell honorably and ethically, and follow through on promises made. o Relentless worker, able to adapt and absorb new ideas, in a fast-paced operation. o Committed to delivering a full, productive day’s work each day o Committed to helping partners, rather than beating prospects o Already trained, but trainable in a new opportunity. o A Very Hard Worker, Working Smartly, Using Time Wisely.
JOB PERFORMANCE METRICS
-In this consultative sales position, rewards are in direct proportion to efforts expended as assigned and directed, in the manner in which our sales consultants have been trained. -1st Year anticipated compensation: $40-80,000.00/Annually, first full year, including performance bonuses. -We reward longevity and cultivate a stable workforce. Thus, we provide renewal commissions for business you previously sold, as long as you are with the company and are the person renewing the business. -Our objective is for our salespersons to earn 6-figures annually. -Significant portions of your travel expenses will be covered, as well. -Equity possible for selected individuals, based on performance and other relevant factors.
