Bay de Noc Community College, EOE, is seeking a highly-motivated person to serve as the Director of Institutional Research at the Escanaba, Michigan campus. This position reports directly to the College President

| JOB REQUIREMENTS |
|
• Masters Degree in Institutional Research, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration or other related field.
• Evidence of high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relational database functions and techniques in data manipulation.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and processes.
• Experience with leading projects from project development stage through implementation and reporting.
• Experience within and knowledge of a college environment and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals in a team environment.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS |
|
This position is responsible for coordinating the institution’s planning function, coordinating and providing leadership for the institution’s systems and processes, coordinating and overseeing the AQIP re-accreditation requirements, and reporting institutional measures of effectiveness at the local, state and federal levels.
