Training Course RequirementsThe Army Civilian Education System (CES) is a structured, progressive, sequential program which broadens the targeted civilian educational training base. It provides leader training and education that supports civilian leaders? career path requirements and professional development, and promotes lifelong learning and self development as integral parts of the civilian leader development program. CES provides leader development opportunities for Army civilians. The following course and time requirements apply to this position: The Supervisory Development Course (SDC) must be completed within one year of placement into the position. The Foundation Course (FC) is required for all supervisors and managers hired after 30 September 2006. The Basic Course (BC) must be completed within one year of placement into the position. The Intermediate Course (IC) must be completed within two years after placement into the position. The Advanced Course (AC) must be completed within two years after placement into the position. NCDE08459711D SUPERVISORY STAFF ADMINISTRATOR Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - WI - Throughout Wisconsin, Wausau MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Coordinates the operation of the command and exercises control in the name of the Commander in such matters as training, administration, supply, maintenance, operations, information management, resource management, recruitment, inspections and investigations, public relations, discipline, and liaison with other military organizations and the active Army. Develops or monitors the development of broad plans and programs required for field training; transportation; activation, inactivation, or relocation of units; redistribution of equipment; supply and maintenance support for headquarters and its subordinate elements consistent with requirements prescribed by higher headquarters. Exercises supervision over the daily activities of a full-time staff which includes both military and civilian employees assigned to assist in carrying out the functions of the command. Assures the effective and efficient administration of activities supervised.
