Knox MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Serves as a Management Analyst for an Army Reserve Command Mission Support Element. Duties involve analysis of matters related to manpower requirements, force structure, organization and functions, mobilization readiness, operating procedures, work flow, measurement & management improvement programs. Conducts on-site surveys to analyze organizational structures, missions, functions, workloads and proposed organizational structures. Recommends most appropriate force structure action for implementation of unit activations, inactivations, reorganizations, relocations, etc. Evaluates stationing planning factors & critical readiness indicators. Conducts management project studies, applies in-depth methods & principles of organizational analysis/design & gives reports & briefings. Provides input on MTOE & TDA changes. Responsible for time management program, provides input on the operating budget & represents the command at conferences/briefings.
