Maintains calendar and schedules appointments. Composes correspondence on administrative support or clerical functions of the office. Composes routine correspondence on other subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures. Reads outgoing correspondence and real estate documents for procedural and grammatical accuracy. Prepares all types of documentation and forms. Reads directives and instructional material pertaining to administrative practices and clerical procedures in order to be aware of new, revised, or amended procedures for such matters as preparation and processing of correspondence, regulations, and forms; filing; mail procedures; Types correspondence, forms, reports, and other materials using drafts, notes, specifications including a variety of technical terminology. Receives and reviews mail for the branch. Serves as timekeeper. Uses CEFMS. Prepares travel documents.
