NCAN07134516DR CHILD ACTIVITIES SPECIALIST Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - DC - Washington MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Participates in interdisciplinary team evaluations. Independently provides diagnostic evaluations for child, adolescent, parent, and family cases, to include complete formal psychiatric evaluation written in the medical model with clinical diagnosis, psychodynamic formulation, treatment plan, and all required documentation. Provides a full range of behavioral healthcare outpatient treatment services, appropriate for Child and Adolescent Patients. Provides ongoing attention to Program Development and Adaptation, consistent with the needs and standards of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Tri-Service Healthcare Objectives and the Military Mandate, to maintain Soldier Readiness at all times.Reviews, edits and approves trainees' written evaluations and reports. Independently prepares curriculum and all required materials, coordinates all logistics, and provides significant portion of the teaching of the Family Therapy Didactic course to trainees.
