If you are great at business and love music, this is the job for you! Work side by side with Hollywood's most sought after management team, spearheaded by Music Entrepreneur "Rachel Noelle". You will be assisting her in all areas of the business.
Rachel currently manages R&B super group "Jackie Boyz" which debut album releases in Japan 11.12.08 . The "Jackie Boyz" writing credits are endless; take a peak at some of their projects at: www.thejackieboyz.com.
Rachel also assists many unpublished writers and production companies with film and television sync opportunities, working directly with CBS/Paramount, Warner Bros, Disney & Fox networks to name a few.
As Rachel's right hand assistant you will have the opportunity to learn from the powerhouses in the music industry to include: Multi-platinum producers with major credits such as Michael Jackson, Brandy, Luda, Pussy Cat Dolls, Natasha Bettingfield and many more world icons. We work with Universal, Sony, Atlantic Records and more.

Qualifications for this position-
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Professional communication with both outside clients and internal executives
Promotion and Marketing knowledge and interest
Strong writing ability is a plus (for bios, press releases, etc.)
Previous administration experience a plus
Ability to occasionally travel is a plus but not mandatory
Experience working in development is a plus
Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to-
Telephone support
Calendar management
Meeting coordination
Online research
Filing
Proof reading
Emails
Contacting multiple companies and producers to introduce Rachelfs clients and their music
Creating Powerpoint docs for press packages
Weekly Communication with Web designer to maintain all changes to any of the web sites.
We are seeking candidates who can not only cover the day to day responsibilities of the desk, but also be an integral part of creative development.
As a manager you must be able to wear many hats, some you will wear better than others but you must be prepared to wear them all no matter what!
THIS IS A PART-TIME INTERN/PAYING POSITION with growth opportunties.
The first 90 days (introductory period), pay coverage includes gas mileage.
After 90 day introductory period, pay is $10 per hour.
Work schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00am - 4:00pm
