DEU-PS2-8-W-1174N-14-AL Management and Program Analyst QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Typical specialized experience would involve expert knowledge of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, to accomplish complex projects or studies of broad scope, range of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the segment(s) of the Service's program affected by the assigned project or study, the overall mission, objectives, functions, policies, and organizational structure of the Internal Revenue Service, and management principles and processes to perform project management duties and to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations with key line and/or staff functions of the Service. You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this position.
