SV-190957 Senior Executive Analyst QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Applicants must have had 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level that is typically in or related to the duties described in the announcement and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have been a GS-12 for 52 weeks by the above cited closing date. Time in grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. RANKING CRITERIA Total Points Possible: 88 Applicants will be rated against the following Ranking Criteria. A. Experience in the review, analysis and evaluation of correspondence, reports, studies, policies, procedures and proposals to determine clarity and substantial adequacy, identify problems and determine appropriate action. 20 pts. B. Experience which demonstrates the knowledge of Office of Disability Adjudication and Review's organization, policies, priorities and procedures.10 pts. C. Experience in directing, negotiating or coordinating work activity or sensitive issues with a wide variety or components, agencies, officials or groups.10 pts. D. Experience in communicating with high level officials, e.g. Deputy Commissioner for Disability and Income Security Programs, Deputy/Associate Commissioner and Executive Staff members, to convey program-related information and project or assignment data.15 pts. E. Experience which demonstrates the knowledge and understanding of management functions, i.e., planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.10 pts. F. Experience in independently researching and preparing written reports, memoranda, talking points, decision papers or responses to correspondence. 15 pts. TRAINING AND SELF-DEVELOPMENTMAXIMUM POINTS8 points A. One point for each job-related college or graduate-level 5 (Maximum) course.
