JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent directly supports the Deputy Associate Chief Information Officer (DACIO) serving as a primary point of contact for the immediate office and performing a variety of analytical and administrative duties related to the management of the office. The incumbent will be responsible for gathering, preparing and/or reviewing materials and presentations utilizing various types of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The incumbent will maintain the DACIO's calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings ensuring that preparatory materials have been received and/or distributed, as needed; make travel arrangements and ensure WebSETR inputs are completed timely for the immediate staff. These primary duties and responsibilities require a high level of proficiency, timeliness, integrity and professionalism.
