| JOB REQUIREMENTS |
|
Title: Prime Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary range: $110K +
- CA license (architect, engineer, construction manager)
- BS in Engineering or Architecture
- 10+ years of prime project management experience; some in the healthcare industry
- OSHPD experience required
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines within the projects
- Experience leading and directing the project team from conceptual design through construction administration
- Background in scheduling, budgeting, client service
- Proven ability to manage projects with profitability
- Expected to develop new client relationships and work well with existing clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized
